Ingredients:
Manchego, or similar ewe's milk cheese, cut
into slices (in Spain, it is usually sliced to create a
triangle)
Membrillo - Spanish quince paste. From delicatessens or
specialist suppliers. Again, cut into slices, smaller than the
cheese slices.
Preparation:
Arrange the cheese slices and put a slice
of membrillo on each one. Er - that's it.
